Yes, on the booking form fill in the flight number, we will monitor the landing time and meet your passenger at the arrivals barrier or the information desk as per your request, with your name board. |

What if the flight comes in late, do you charge waiting and will the driver still be waiting? |

Your driver will only enter the airport after the flight lands. We monitor all flights. We allow up to 40 minutes free waiting time after the plane lands. Waiting time commences after that and is charged at £15 per hour or £0.25 per minute. Additional car parking charges at cost, in excess of £4.20 at Gatwick, £4 at Stansted and £7 at Luton Airport. |

Your driver’s name and phone number will be texted to your mobile when we have notification of flight landing. Kindly call this number to be in direct contact with your driver. |

Please ensure you declare all luggages you are travelling with at the beginning of the booking screen and ensure you choose correct vehicle for passenger and luggage requirement. Extra luggage will invalidate your booking and you may have to make your own way or pay extra charges for an alternative vehicle to be sent to you. |
